What can I do if I forgot my screenlock PIN?
Do I need to reset the phone?

IF reset is needed, how can I reset my Z1 at home?

We do not have a phone model with that exact name, all of them start with a letter, followed by 4 digits.

However, the steps to remove a screen lock that you can't remember, is the same for all devices (as long as the device is still supported), so follow the instructions on the link.

I'm not quite sure that I understand your question.

Is the display broken and you can't see anything on it and you want to access the data on the device using a computer, or do you want to remove the screen lock on the device?

To remove the screen lock if you can't unlock the device you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, but keep in mind that this will delete ALL data stored on the internal storage.

Hi @dfewings69, welcome to our forum!

If you have forgotten the screen lock on your Xperia Ion, there is not that much that can be done as the device has reached its end of support and the software is no longer available on our servers, therefor a software repair is not possible.

Your best bet is try different combinations and hopefully you will find the correct one.
