voicemail. am i able to switch off the voicemail completely ?

i have an Xperia XZ. i seem unable to turn off the voicemail.is it possible ?

The Xperia XZ does not have the Xperia answering machine feature, so in order to deactivate your voicemail, I'd recommend that you contact your service provider (operator) and see if they can deactive this for you on your subscription plan!
