Problems connecting to e-mail -Help !!

Hi Please can someone help me.. I have spent hours both on the phone to T-mobile, and also in the shop. I am trying to get my hotmail e-mails to automatically download onto my Vivaz phone. I want to be able to use the e-mail facility direct from the phone so I don't have to keep connecting to the internet to do it. The settings have been activated and downloaded and it STILL won't work, and no-one can tell my why or what to do next. I have set up the accounts and when you try and send a mail, it says ' Internet server not found'. but I am able to connect to the internet and Facebook etc. It's driving me nuts now !

I'm sorry to hear of the problems you are having. From the error message you have advised, this would indicate an error in your settings. It would only be possible to obtain the correct settings you require from your Network Operator and your E-mail provider (Hotmail in your case). Here we could only suggest contacting them directly to ensure these settings are correct.

You will need a full access Internet account active on your handset so the e-mail account can connect to the Internet in order to download your e-mails. I hope this helps you.
