i placed order on 20 July online and i paid £359 for each order. two
invoice number are 302938059 and 302937758 .but before product reach me i
cancelled the two transactions and i requested the return, so items never been
deliver to me. on 29 July i got refund of £329 and on 30 July i got another £329
for another item. i called several times to see why i have not been refunded
fully and i refunded £30 less for each order. And each time your representative
said it we are going to refund the rest, even i called again and i spoke on 12 August with michelle who has told me hes got a approval from her manager to give me the refund.
spoke with Jacob and he told me he is going to call me but nothing yet. it is
more 10 days still i did not get refund for rest of it. i called again i spoke with Małgorzatai i and i been told i should got refund by this monday 19th. i called again and someone supposed to call me yesterday, nothing again.
i am tired of calling and not getting any answer. i did not expect this from such a big company to
treat the customer like that. Why can't Sony just give back the money?PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
