Lots of good advice and help etc but no one has actually answered my question!  I may be forced to post the same question elsewhere at this rate.  (I know its frowned upon but im getting no where it seems with an answer to my original question.)

many of us regulars read every new post, and reply to many of them. Double posts just waste a lot of time.

The forums are generally easy to understand (notbooks, desktops, non Sony Softwware etc.)

So help us, and yourself by selecting teo right forum.

If anyone can help or offer advice, we will...if we can't we generall say so (or change the subject !!!)
