Sony KDL42W653a Apps Issue

I know this is an old problem (for me and on here!) but I have tried every solution posted here and elsewhere to try to access the apps through this TV. Nothing works!

Is there a possible hardware problem?

Other Samusung TVs connect perfectly via wifi!

Any advice different to all the other posts on here!

Hi msansom123,

Could you specify which app exactly are you facing an issue with? What happens when you try to access the apps?
