Hi, can anyone suggest the source of our problem? We have a Sony KDL-32WE613 smart TV, a few days ago Netflix and iPlayer stopped working, they won't load and either screen eventually goes black or Netflix gives the NW-2-5 error. When checking Netflix it can't connect to the Netflix servers, but does find internet connection. We have a working internet connection as can watch Netflix/iPlayer on our ipad etc. I've googled and searched and switched off modem and TV etc., but have come up with a blank.
