I have connected the Roku and I can see the "home" screen showing various channels, but when I chose a channel nothing displays on the Bravia. I have tried the Roku in all the HDMI ports but still nothing. Any ides please? Is it a settig within Bravia?
The Roku works 100% on other TV that I have.
Thanks for any advice
Hi there
Do you get any error messages pop up like 'signal out of range'?
Can you test with another HDMI cable?
Cheers
Once i have chosen a channel the screen just shows a blank view. I thought at first that maybe the Roku unit was a bit slow, but after some time I have decided that it is some other cause.
I have not tried another HDMI cable as the existing cable (and Roku unit) works well on another television.
Hi there
When you say 'channel' are you referring to the HDMI input? Meaning, if the roku is connected to HDMI 1, you then change the TV to HDMI 1?
If the Roku is still connected to the CX523 TV, can you switch both the TV and the Roku off from the power switch on the wall. Check that the HDMI cable is securely in properly, and then switch it all back on again.
