Connecting KDL-52W4500 to a network/Internet via ethernet

I try to link to my home network, which is linked to a BT router by wire. I use the default setting (which are correct for the router) and try the link. This reports that the network devices are not working properly. However, I can plus a PC into the lead and it connect to the network correctly.

What else should I try?

Try reboot your router, and leave it off for a minute. Could be an ip conflict. Reboot will fix that.
