Problem with Videos in Aino u10i

I have a problem with my sony ericsson aino. The problem is that the mobile doesn't play any video which are in the memory, and the mobile doesn't Rec any video.... Anyone have a solution for this??? I have try to solve that restarting all the phone in options but that isn't fix the problem...

http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/mobilephones/downloads/aino?cc=gb&lc=en Run a software update and/or phone repair via PC Companion and see if that solves the problem.Also, use Media Go to transfer media files from PC to phone.
