Forget Pattern SP

hi. I have an Xperia SP .I put a pattern on my Xperia but I forgot it 

I tried to log into my gmail , but it doesnt work .

I tried go to recovery menu (power+volume) but it doesnt work too !

can you tell me how can I factory reset my phone?:smileyworried:

You must take of beck panel and use same pencil to press litle whole

You can reset your unit using Sony Update Service. But take note that all of your files will be deleted. Follow this link to download SUS

the litle whole is for reset phone not factory reset

You have no choice but to Factory Reset your unit using SUS. That's the only way you can do or go to the nearest Service Center in your Area

If you setup your Gmail account on your phone you can recover your pattern
