manufacturing defect in sony xperia m

Hello Sir ,

i purchased sony xperia m dual last month and i found manfacturing defect as sony is famous for brand name but providing poor quality. with in one month my front speaker stoped working .heating problem from both side .so i asked them for replacement but they said they will repair .after waiting for 10days i recived my phone from care and i found new problems after repair so i need replacement for this .no network .mobile gets hang and is hang after restart for defect which i submitted my phone in care still its same .

i reported a problum in my mobile handset so i visited your service center at ramdaspeth near gurudwara nagpur where the service was hopeless and did not meet my expectations as sony has got its owh brand name in the international market. now the sequence of the service 

1- ear speaker was not working and the panel was heating due to which it was impossible to continue the talking process            after some time.

2- camera was not working properly and again the device use to heat up badly.

3- there is a manufacturing defect which you can see in the uploaded picture.

i was in regular contact with your customer care and service center endless times. and have already shown the picture to   the representative to take special care on this matter after 10 days my ear speaker issue have been resolved but i am facing new issue aster the service thanks to your wounder service now my handset is not catching the network at any place which is very furstrating and the handset is is hanged and still facing the manufacturing defect.

they have changed the rear cover DS-BLACK and the back cover is not locking. I have waisted 10 days for getting my equipment repaired for which i have been running from pillar to post but no resolution till now. i have lost trust with sony.

I NEED URGENT REPLACEMENT OF THE HANDSET AS YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE.

CUST SERVICE ARRANGED A CALL BACK FOR ME BUT HAVE NOT RECIVED ANY CALL FROM YOUR END. I WAS PROMISED A GOOD SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE CENTER BUT ALL IN VAIN AND THEY DONT HAVE MANNERS HOW TO SPEAK WITH THE CUSTOMERS

As per ur case u shld get replacement...if not thn itz shameful thing for sony brand...if not replaced thn shure u should go for comsumer rights...

Itz manufacturing defect...i din found any defect im my frndz mob..

Yes i also found very very very bad service in nagpur .. Sony is using MTK 6589 (MEDIATEK)Quad core processor in xperia C mobiles which is chinese product in india . After sale service is Worst .So i am planning to buy xolo mobile with same specification with 10k less price.

why this pics are blocked let user see no replacement yet provided and also not repaired my device has been damaged by care service center.

near about 5 to 6 parts has been replaced

sony is good only in making TVs. please stop making mobiles because these problems like heating when camera on etc may lead to accidents. your android software is not matching hardware requirements for Xperia handsets.
