I have Xperia L.

In starting days, it was running data by GPRS but now it is not connecting with GPRS only with wifi.

How to rectify that?

Have you first checked that your data is still turned on?

Menu > Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Mobile Data > turn it on

Do you have any antivirus or taskillers? have you contacted your carrier network regarding any coverage issue? how old is the SIM card?

Yes

in start days it was running data

but now only run by wifi

Did you try the above instructions? 

If they did not work, you could try using an alternative SIM card to see if you have the same issues.

I try with alternative sim and it was found that gprs blocked on my sim.
