Hi there,
My 1 year old HT-ST9 is now display "Please Wait" constantly.
I've tried holding the power button and minus key down for five seconds on the device itself to do a reset but that doesn't help.
I'm not sure if the device attempted a firmware update itself but note a recent update on the Sony site for September 2016. I also googled "Sony soundbar please wait" and got some hits on this model but no solutions.
Anyone have any idea how l can solve this?

Unfortunately you will probably need to contact an authorised Sony repair centre in order to get this fixed.
