No menu/video on TV> STR DN1050

Audio novice!

A year old STR DN1050- suddenly I have no video output on any HDMI out channel. I normally output via the ARC HDMI It's blank-but I do have audio.

I couldn't see the 'home' menu through the default HDMI, so I tried the HDMI A+B output selection and connected a monitor to the A and B channel to no avail.

Have I simply done something stupid??
