PS-LX310BT tone arm not starting in correct position on record

Hello,

I am having trouble with the tone arm start position on my turntable. When the automatic tone arm lowers the stylus connects with the record after playback has started (about 1 to 2 seconds in).

Does anyone know how you can adjust the start position?

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue but with the stylus dropping beyond the edge of the record. Did you ever find solution and if so please could you share it?!

Yes all set up correctly.

I spoke with Sony support and I am in the process of sending it back for them to review the product.
