I'm trying to download the windows software and have compatible laptop and system etc but the download won't start and the contact Sony option doesn't work. Very frustrating can anyone help?

I tried it on 2 browsers and it worked as normal. Maybe try a different browser or clearing the browser cache then try downloading it again?

Thanks Joe. I've tried it in Edge and it worked so obviously some issue with using Chrome.

The 2 browsers I mentioned were Chrome and Firefox, so it might be a browser cache issue.
