VAT back Christmas offer never received

Hi guys, I sent the form with all attachments in January 2011 and the letter reached Sony before the deadline. Since then I have not heard from them at all. The most important for me is really the original receipt in case of any complaints regarding the camcorder I have bought. Is there any email address I could email to apart from the telephone number? Has this happened to anyone else as well or have you all received your refund already? Is it possible that my claim may be still in progress?
