USB error

I have a Sony bravia KDL-46EX713 in the spare bedroom and when I use a USB device  to watch TV programmes it keeps crashing. The TV displays an error message saying that the connection settings on the USB device may not be correct! Once the device has crashed it restarts itself and the same problem occurs over and over again.

Has anybody got any thoughts?

Hi Flid72,

Probably this USB device isn't supported by the TV.

Maybe try a device that connects via HDMI.
