I can put in the model number, but it won't let me put in the Purchase Details in order to proceed. Am I missing something here, or is the Register My Product not working?
When I try to register my new TV I can put the Model number in but the site doesn’t allow me to put in anymore information.
Having the exact same problem trying to register my new TV. Used safari and Chrome but alas !!
Hi, make sure to select the model from the drop menu, don't type it manually.
This is rubbish - wake up Sony and start giving some modern customer service.
The product registration did not work when I bought my camera 3 years ago - still not working and can't register my new TV. Last time italso took 6 months to get my cash back offer redeemed.
I am beginning to get the idea that Sony do this deliberately.

Came here as I had the same issue trying to register my Bravia TV using Chrome, but I have now thwarted Sony! Don't put your model number in, instead search for it using their drop down and you will find that you then can complete the rest of the form. Good luck!
I can not register my TV either what's going on!!
Guys don't enter the models as written on the boxes please! So, if you have a KD55X85KU, don't enter it like that on the website. It needs to be entered as it is on Sony website, which is KD-55X85K, then it'll show a drop-down menu where you can select it and enter the serial number then proceed.
It's weird, but that's how you do it.
I cannot even get to enter a new product, I just get this page and when I click on the link to register a new product, nothing happens!
Try it on Microsoft Edge, and choose register a new product.
