As so many other out there, which also didn't seem to found any answer for it, I had to create a new account as I changed phone and no longer had access to the authenticator app or the backup codes.
After trailing around Sony webpage I can't find even a place to send a request for support, in fact I could not even access this forum without making new account..
There seems to be now support for their web and account service, just for products. There is no email, form or chat you seems to be able to reach out to.
Two factor will unfortunately newer be used with Sony again, sorry to say I think Sony has shown what type of support they have so I will leave it be with just the headset -lets not expand this brand in our household.
