Hi there.
Ever since the new update all my steaming apps such as Netflix YouTube and Amazon prime all have this issue.
I'll be watching a show or YouTube video and the picture will suddenly go black. Everything else on the screen is visible and the audio is still fine. It could be fine for ages and then suddenly i have this problem and once it has happened exiting and rewatching the video doesn't help until maybe the 20th time.
I've tried all the normal procedures such as factory reset etc and the problem still remains.
I was wondering if this is a common issue, or if its a problem with the new firmware.
If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate the help.

Try this:
go to Settings > Samba Interactive > Disable
Then go to Settings > Apps > Samba Service Manager > Clear Data and select Disable.
Restart the TV by holding the power button on the remote control for 6 seconds. Let’s wait and see if things will keep working as expected. Keep us posted!

I would also recommend the steps mentioned by "dutchice", if this didn't work, could you state the full model name of the TV, the exact software version that the TV is running on, and if possible a short video showing this issue to check for alternative solutions?

Thanks for the responses! I will try this when i get home :). If it doesn't work i will proceed to getting a video to show the problem. Also the TV is updated to the lastest firnwate.
