We bought this TV last year and while all is generally very good, it has a habit of disconnecting from Sky every ten minutes of so, then reconnecting a couple of seconds later. Until now I have let this is fault slide, until some friends of mine saw this and said it was unacceptable and needs to be fixed. is this a common issue and how do I resolve it? Thanks,

Please first check that your TV has the latest firmware installed (v6.2858). If it does, it might then be worth performing a reset. You can follow the instructions here to do this.
