I cant update to Android Oreo 8.0. Why? Have they delayed it? Bug?

And some apps dont shows up, for example HBO, i have to search for it to start it. Bug?

You should find the explanation of why no Android Oreo on your product support page. You can update manually at your own risk if you like.

Sorry, did not find anything about it. Only that they stop the release in februari. I read yesterday that a new update will come out in late april but i did not got it yet. Anyone else?
