When we bought our TV originally we went in to restricted profile which we now no was the wrong thing to do (no children). To exit restricted profile we have to put in our number which we have forgotten, we bought the TV in 2015,
we have tried the default number in the manual but with no success. Has anyone any ideas how we can resolve this.

We have tried all suggestions but restricted profile is blocking everything even factory reset. I have now got a case number with sony and they have been in contact and and we have tried all their suggestions to no avail so we are now waiting for them to get back to us. They have been very quick to reply so hopefully it will not be too long.
