AirPlay from MacBook to Sony Bravia TV

Hi,

I am trying to connect my MacBook and iPhone11 to my Sony Bravia TV to stream videos and Sky Sports etc, but the airplay function on both the phone and MacBook isn't picking up the TV.

I have the latest versions running on both devices but still no luck.

The Chromecast for the BT Sport App works fine however.

Any advice would be great.

You should see airplay in the settings like in this introduction...

Thanks, I'm not sure if the TV has the latest Pie firmware?

How would I check this and if its required how do I download it to my TV?

In the link I put in the post there are detailed instruction on how to check it and how to install it from the web if the TV does not recognize that a new version is available
