date & time not saved on Sony a7r mk1

I have tried the options to recharge the battery inside the camera but still no luck with it keeping the date & time. every time I change the main battery I have to setup date & time again.

any new idea that might help me?

Thank you for the link. I have tried this and I still have the issue? Just bought a new genuine battery so will try again today and see if this helps?

if not then what are my options?
