Trying to scan QR code continious Autofocus

Whenever I try to scan a QR code the Z5 Dual cannot focus. It continually tries to focus in and out. 

Other phones I have here work fine. 

Any thoughts.?

It could be that you're bringing the QR too close to focus.

The minimum focus on Z5 is 10cm which might be too far for the QR to be in the detection area of your reading app.
