I have forgotten my 4 digit pin and can't get into my phone.

Hi @Lala15, I'm sorry to hear this.

You can reset your device by performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Note that this will reset your device completely, any personal information on your devices internal storage will be deleted. Unfortunately it is not possible to create a backup of your device when it is locked.

I'm sorry for the late reply. Your device is suppose to be turned off when you connect it to your computer to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. If you follow the link in this post, you will find detailed instructions on how to perform a software repair.
