Got a brand new XZ3 a few months ago, updated to Android 10 and since then I noticed since security update on Android 10 Build No. 52.1.A.3.74, I was unable to switch Hey Google voice match back on - it seemed to turn itself off?
Factory reset, cache/data clear, uninstall updates on Google app and software repaired the phone but it just says 'Something went wrong. Try again.' when I try to turn on Hey Google.
Since then, Sony support have just sent me running in circles with resent troubleshoot email templates telling me to factory reset again.
Loads of other XZ3 and XZ2 users mentioned the issue here, is anyone else having it and have you had any luck talking to Sony or Google about it?

Woke up this morning to a notification that the update was available. Downloaded and installed it. The entire process took about 45 mins or so. Happy to report that "Hey Google" is working again with no issues.
Many thanks to those who have kept the pressure on Sony and provided updates to us regularly.

System update 52.1.A.3.137
Hopefully this week for U.K. 🤞
Just got the update here in the UK earlier this morning (UK customised), can confirm Nov 2020 patch and OK Google working now. Probably the last update we'll receive but as long as everything works I'm happy.
Thanks to those who pushed for this fix. 👍
Same here, just got the patch all working good again, now trying to find out how to stop Google Assistant from automatically searching Youtube for a song I want to play when using a music player that can't be officially added like Blackplayer EX.. Maybe I will go nag Google about that for 8 months+ until they fix it
