Xperia XZ lag after update to OREO

My xperia is lag after update to OREO 8.0, why?  I play game with my phone and lag every time... Who now how can fix it? Please i help me to fix my phone because i can't play game with lag phone.

There are several things you can do.

- Find out which app is consuming cpu power and uninstall that app

- Use Xperia Companion for a clean install (after backing up)

- Clear cache of all apps. (regrettably all at once is not possible starting with Android 8.0 - Google made that decision :smileysad:)

- Wait till the device settles after the update
