Platinum XZ rev 2.0 Video playback (movies,games) stutters with EVERY rom??? HELP!!

Good day.
I have serious problem. The phone works perfectly otherwise, except i cant playback movies. they all stutter. I mean i had Xperia X before with SD650, and every single movie works flawlessy smooth, its like grafic proccesor has trouble rendering video. I tried everything. Hardware acceleration, software, force Gpu rendering all.
I flashed stock rom Marshmallow and two other marshmallow roms, tried all Nougat versions too. Same thing everywhere. I used MX player, custom ac3 codec , Bs player, VLC, all programs, i know all, i watch movies forever. first time i have trouble with playback.

Is it software problem, do i have too wait for final Nougat update 7.1.1 or is it my unit defection. Anywone else has this problem?

Sony do you know about this bug? 

Please, i need too know if this is gonna be resolved? I dont wanna send it too  servis just so they will tell me its nothing wrong, that the playback issue is gonna be repair with future updates...

I test it in safe mode also. Same thing. Is it software problem and still didnt remove that bug  from all thoes updates that went released already?

Can someone confirm this or any help will be much  apreciated.

What video file type is it?

I tried em  all,  from mp4 ,  mkv movie, avi movie with  either mp3 or ac3 (i have custom ac3 codecs also). I tried all formats. Exacly same movie rips i used too play on previous devices such  as Xperia X and test it on j7 samsung for example. worked fine there.

That does sound very odd, I play 100mb/sec 4k files on mine with no issues so it sounds VERY odd that yours is having issues
Do you have any developer options enabled relating to the gpu?

No, nothing is enabled, i also  tried enabled force GL and other options,  and  it didnt do much  difference. what rom do you  use?

Are the files on sd card or internal?
Does it also skip if playing videos recorded on the phone camera?

i tested 4k just now and 1080  with  camera,  mostly video plays very smooth, ocasional one skip frame barelly visible, but  im  guessing thats normal.

 Yesterday  i  tested black verison of XZ in  the store, has exacly same issues - then i  tried same thing on XA model   and its worked perfectly playback. so  thats that!!! :////

Today i test all  with stock player  Album and  foto, since u  are unable too use third party when youre in  safe mode, in  wich i  tested.

But i use mx player always since forever,  also  tried with bs player and vlc, suppose to be best players. They all work on  older phones. exacly same conditions,  same version of program  etc...
