No Voice Over LTE

I have the xz premium and I'm not getting voice over lte even though the phone supports it and it has the us lte bands. There is no option to enable voice over lte provision.

This feature has to be enabled by your carrier, you cannot do it at your end.

To use VoLTE, your device needs operator-customised software and your subscription (incl. SIM card) must support VoLTE for the device model you're using. To inquire if your device, software, subscription and SIM card support VoLTE, contact your mobile network operator.

Your Xperia XZ Premium supports VoLTE , but the phone doesn't give you the option to enable VoLTE if your SIM-card, software and subscription doesn't support it, so I suggest you contact your provider.

I contacted my wireless service providers and they were not able to enable volte and I even contacted there tech support and they could not fix the issues on there end and enable volte. I'm stuck with not being able to use volte.
