Send it to Xperia Service. Same Problem weeks ago and the fix'd it. Is your xzs in warranty?

I have the same issue right after the new Android update. It is not the phone, but the software. I get no help from Sony except the usual companion repair option. Did that three times. Nothing. Sony please take a deeper look, ask Android. Anything

Same problem here too looks like these have a bug get it sorted sony !!

I feel confident that they will try to sort it out now that so many are experiencing problems.

I got an e-mail the other day about an update that went something like: 4....A...99. The update currently installed ends with ....75. I looked at it and tried to get it through Xperia Companion and through the phone itself. Unfortunately I could not find it anywhere. Then, suddenly, the e-mail disappeared. 

Did anything like that happen to you?

I got the update I mentioned but nothing has really improved. What has improved is battery life. I can't make phone calls, no sound from speaker, support app microphone test freezes...
