No incoming calls

Hi, please assist me. I have a Sony XZ and it won't receive any Calls. My service provider is VodaCom. I spend 30 minutes with them on the Phone with no luck. They tell me to go to a technician. The problem is no Calls are coming through. But, if I am already on a call then it shows that someone is calling me. I cleared all the call forwarding settings. The notifications are set correctly. The sceen do not light up and show that someone is calling me. Please assist.

Can you please advise if you have attempted using an alternative SIM card in the device as this could be SIM related?
