Distorted phone

Hi,

I have problem with the shape of my phone. Recently, I noticed that my Xperia XZ is uneven (top left corner and bottom right corner stand off from the ground). I sent the phone to the service but they refused warranty repair. 
I would like to mention, that after one mount of using the phone was repleced with the new one by the service as a result of different issue. The phone wasn't faced any of mechanical injuries. 
I enclosed a photo from the service. 

I don't know what to do with that issue so can anyone can give me any advise?

This to me looks like typical damage sustained by the phone being in a trouser pocket/being sat on etc.......there are numerous posts throughout the forum for various models having suffered same issue, accidental damage i'm afraid hence why no warranty repair
