How do I change the default Image that appears for incoming and outgoing calls? I mean all contacts and unknown caller when call appear image

Welcome to the community,

Unfortunately, the default image cannot be changed unless you have added a photo to the specific contact. 

You may be able to use a third party application, however, this would change the way you see the contacts depending on the application.
