Are you trying  to send SMS or MMS?

Hi @Josephxzphone, welcome to our forum!

As @uliwooly asked, does your question concern SMS or MMS? If you can't send or receive MMS, have you tried downloading the MMS settings in your device? You can do so in Settings > Network and Internet > Internet settings. Wait for them to be downloaded and then restart your device and try again.

Do note that some operators requires you to have mobile data activated to able to send and receive MMS.
