Xperia X2 screen problem

good day! i've only had my x2 for almost 5 weeks. bought it brand new at a reputable shop here in the philippines. we all know that winmo 6.5 is sluggish, but i managed to do a few tweaks to keep it running smooth. the usual hangups are normal for windows bases devices. now the problem is, just recently i've noticed that the bottom left of the screen just below the slide view button, the screen is lifting itself. you can see some light escaping at the sides. i'm worried that by the next few weeks, the whole screen might come off. i also noticed that when i press the screen, there's a creaking sound. i know this isn't normal coz i just compared my phone to another brand new xperia x2. i called a sony ericsson certified service center and they said that problems like these are level 3. which means that the accredited service centers will have to send my phone to singapore for checking. if i am to send my phone, i don't have a spare that i can use. is this an isolated case? or considered as factory defect? hoping for a promt reply from sony ericsson technical support. thanks!

This board here is not a Support center - the members are X2 users like you and me who try to help each other.

You could claim an exchange of your phone and see what happens. It is normal that phones are sent to repair shops and you just have bad luck that SE does not have such a shop in your country where it should be fixed within a week. The normal support centers do only give support on how to use the phone or they can decide to ship the phone to the techs. As you phone is under warranty you should follow the directions from your local SE support.
