X10 mini pro cannot on with celcom simcard and cannot create google account with wifi and 3G..(malaysia)

help me plzz...i just bought this phone few days ago...i'm about to give up..

Go to settings> basic settings> settings download and wait for sometime for the settings to get downloaded.

If it doesn't help, contact your service provider to get the correct internet settings and apply for a data plan from them.

hi...thanks for the info..but i already try that..but it doesnt solve the problem..i can send mms and login to facebook with 3g connection and wifi..but when it comes to creating a google account,it says

'Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server.This could be a temporary problem or your SIM card may not be provisioned for data services"...really hope somenone could come with a solution..i can can create google account at first with the same simcard but after i did a hard reset,this problem occur..

just for this part:

- turn phone off

- take out simcard

- turn on phone

- reset to factory settings

- turn on wifi (put in your own wifi settings)

- turn off phone

- put simcard back in

- turn on phone

- follow the initial setup to sync with google account

then you should able to sync with google

but i can't get the 3g working either... i live in canada

and the phone i have is international version so it's not 'compatible'
