Hi everyone, i've had my W995 for 14 months now and still have another 4 months left until my contract expires, but some of the buttons on the keypad have stopped working. It started off with just the jkl button bet now another two buttons wont work. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any idea what i can try to fix the problem. thanx for ur help 🙂
Run the SE update service on your phone via PC, as this requires the phone to be switched off, as does phone repair via PC suite, an additional or alternative option which may fix your phone.Failing this, contact SE.
