Synchronization failure

I updated my phone (vivaz) software and now I can't sync my phone anymore from the below method.

organizer-sony sync or any of the shortcuts.

It says that no secure connection available.

i have internet settings and enough airtime

any solution ?

Hi,

This would indicate that the Internet data account you are using is incorrect for this service. I would suggest trying to synchronise via Wi-Fi if possible. If not, I would recommend contacting your network operator directly in order to obtain the settings for a 'Full Access Internet Data Account' rather than a standard 'WAP' account.
