K850i camera problem

my camera works fine i can see everything before i take a picture however when i take a picture after the "saving" screen appear the picture is all black......

so i tried video and that worked fine it was not black and it was 5 megapixel......

so its only picture is there anyway to fix this?

First try using the Reset setings in your camera's setings.Failing this, run the SE update service on your phone via PC.Otherwise, you can also try phone repair via PC suite and/or a Master reset.Hope one of these options works.

The camera problem still exists when i do video it is working well i have attached some pics so you get a clearer idea.

NOTE: I took a picture of really bright objects and the attached pics are the results

I Have also added a pic of my desktop which seems to have come out right.....and when i take one of my tv that comes out like its ment to.
