is it possible to have the facebook profile picture of my friends be the picture displayed on my contacts? or do I absolutely need to upload a picture for every contact individually?
There is an app called Sync My Pix free from the android market if you have access. This will do the job for the time being. As Kannan said, hopefully this issue will be resolved in the forthcoming 2.1 update.
