I have a mini pro and i cant send or recieve things via bluetooth.

x10 mini pro does not support file transfer via bluetooth..u need to download an application called 'bluetooth file transfer' from android market..u should give it a try..

Certian changes are made in the recent update but the usage is similar as described in the above link.
