Does the Update add Camera Flash?

Does the update finally add camera flash or are we still stuck with this stupid photo light thing.

No. if you have downloaded vignette for the flash capabilities, then this is not supported in 2.1 by vignette, so until vignette upgrade their APP you will lose this function as well.

i can only dl the demo version of this vignetto, is there any others apps that gives you flash capability

Its unbelievable that Sony have still not added a camera flash they really have let us down with this update from things like, i could have lived with most of the other things about the phone but a Camera Flash that all other phones support and sony cant seem to get it working.

1:) Old Update 2.1 > Why????

2:) Few enhancements(No Camera Flash (they said this would be included in future upate) / No increase in colour screen colour count when screen supports high colour in hardware / No Multi Touch which is a let down)

Botched update process (Delay after Delay / Lots of bugs and problems reported / and old OS update)

4:) Automatic backlight supposidly doesnt work anymore on update

One thing i have learned is that i should never by a Sony Erricson again, thank goodness i bought this off a friend and not take out a contract id have been really annoyed had i been stuck with this phone as it really is a let down, when it could have been so much better.

I will always recommend people to avoid Sony Erricson i think HTC or Samsung will be my next phone but wont be Sony Erricson

not that i've heard of, maybe someone else has heard of another camera APP that does this.

vignette will update its APP eventually. why cant you download the full version of vignette

just heard that people in the know have had an update to vignette given to them by email and the flash is working again,

hopefully an update will be available in the market very soon.

No you don't get a flash what you get is an option called Photo Light, its in the settings and you turn it on manually

If you close your camera without turning it off the next time you turn the camera on it will light up again

Its just a consatant bright light, not a flash.
