Cannot transfer music

hey, So i just cant figure out how to put my music on my phone through media go. i tried the regular drag and drop but it didnt work. I tried using media go but it comes up with an error # 0x8007001f. And when I try to connect my phone it says it cannot be recognized? any ideas?

Could be a problem with the USB cable: check the security of the connections and/or use a different cable.

Ok I got it! thanks, and I cant download picture messages sent to me on the same phone any ideas?

Have you got the correct MMS settings for your carrier?

Then run the SE update service on your phone via PC.

Did that. It just says Download failed everytime I try to download something.

Then try phone repair via PC suite.
