Camera Problem

Hello everybody. I have purchased a brand new Xperia X10 MINI Pro and i have the following problem. The camera opens and when i press the shoot button  the flash works but it does not shoots picture. I hear a beep but not the shooting sound. Please if anybody knows help me.The memory card is inserted and there is not the problem. i have also reinstalled the firmwire but no luck.

Just throwing it out there but have you tried another camera app?

Be careful while pressing the camera button. Follow the steps given below to take a photo

1.    1. Run the camera application.

2.    2. Lightly press on the camera button, until you can see some focusing differences on the screen. (Auto focusing feature is working)

3.    3. After autofocussing, you can see a green icon blinking on the left top.

4.    4. On seeing this, press the camera button harder until the camera takes the shot.
