The above message appears in my phone on startup just b4 phone mode rqst, remove externo memory and when trying to download an application from web.also revoking software certificate thus no web installation. help .

Hi alansynckm,

I suggest you try to update the software in your P990i. This can be done via Update Service, www.sonyericsson.com/updateservice.

This should hopefully solve your issues.
