Xperia X data offload

Hi all! My Xperia X screen broke recently and I just got a new phone. Is there any way I can get the data off from my F5122 and onto my new device? Note: Screen is beyond interpretation, touchscreen doesn't work as well. I've got quite important data on it that I would like to recover. Any recommendations? Thank you!

If you have put all your data on SD card you're safe.

If not, you're not.

If you can read your screen just a bit, you may be safe.

If not you're not.
